1. The Service
Grand Fantasia: Elysium is a non-profit fan project developed to recreate an outdated game version for educational purposes only. This site and service are in no way associated with or endorsed by X-Legend Entertainment. All game content, names and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. One person may hold multiple accounts unless stated otherwise by staff. Accounts may be suspended or removed for cheating, exploiting, harassment, real-money trading, or behavior that harms the community. We do not guarantee account recovery in case of lost credentials.
3. Virtual Items
All in-game items, currency (including AP) and characters are virtual goods with no real-world value. They remain part of the service and may be modified, reset or removed at any time, including during maintenance, rollbacks or balance changes.
4. Donations
Donations are made on a voluntary basis in appreciation of the site and services. They are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase. You must be over 18 to donate. The project assumes no financial obligation with respect to donations and is not liable for unauthorized donations.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime, data persistence or continuity. Maintenance, updates and shutdowns may occur at any time without notice.
6. Conduct
Players must not use bots, macros, exploits or third-party tools that interact with the game client or server. Impersonating staff, scamming other players and sharing account credentials are prohibited.
